A collection of my favorite landscape images from 2023.
I focused my photography heavily on nightscapes in 2023, even making a trip to Oregon and Utah in the United States specifically to capture nightscape images. My good friend Tony and I slept in a rooftop tent on his Toyota 4Runner for 10 nights in the deserts of the American west, where the night skies are some of the darkest in the world. It was an unforgettable experience! Closer to home, I took every opportunity the weather provided to photograph the night sky, and I think I improved my Milky Way photography by doing so. Iām looking forward to more great locations from which to photograph the stars in 2024!
